Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

One device, three streaming protocols, zero configuration files. PiBridge does one thing brilliantly — gets music from your network to your DAC.

Phone-based setup

PiBridge creates a WiFi hotspot on first boot. Connect your phone, enter your WiFi details, done. Under 2 minutes, no computer needed.

USB audio output

Pure digital output via USB to your existing DAC. Bit-perfect signal path — PiBridge doesn't touch the audio, your DAC does all the work.

All three, simultaneously

Roon Bridge, AirPlay 2 and Spotify Connect all run at the same time. Use whichever you like — it just works.

Tiny & silent

No fans, no moving parts, no noise. Smaller than a pack of cards. Tucks behind your hi-fi and disappears.

Factory reset built in

Changed router? Unplug and replug three times quickly — PiBridge resets itself and the setup hotspot reappears. No computer needed.

Handmade in the UK

Each PiBridge is built, configured and tested by hand in Northampton. Quality checked before it ships.

Setup

Three steps. Two minutes.

No command line. No SD cards. No tutorials. Just plug in and follow the wizard.

Plug in

Connect PiBridge to power via USB-C and to your DAC via USB. It boots up and creates a WiFi hotspot called PiBridge-Setup.

Connect your phone

Join the PiBridge-Setup network. A setup wizard opens automatically. Enter your home WiFi name and password. Give your PiBridge a name.

Play music

PiBridge restarts, joins your WiFi, and appears in Roon, AirPlay and Spotify. Pick a song. That's it.

FAQ

Questions & answers

No. PiBridge creates a WiFi hotspot when you first plug it in. Connect your phone, follow the on-screen wizard to enter your WiFi details, and you're done in under 2 minutes. No SSH, no command line, no soldering.
Yes. PiBridge runs Roon Bridge and appears as a Roon endpoint on your network. It supports USB audio output to any external DAC. Roon subscription required separately.
All three services run simultaneously. PiBridge appears as a Roon endpoint, an AirPlay 2 receiver on your Apple devices, and a Spotify Connect device in the Spotify app. Whichever service you use grabs the audio output.
PiBridge focuses on pure USB audio output to your existing DAC, keeping the signal path clean. WiiM Pro includes its own DAC and more streaming services but at a higher price point. If you already own a quality DAC, PiBridge is the more affordable and audiophile-friendly choice.
Via USB. Connect PiBridge to your DAC using a standard USB cable. PiBridge outputs a bit-perfect digital audio stream — your DAC does the conversion.
Yes. Simply unplug PiBridge and plug it back in three times quickly. On the third boot it resets itself and the setup hotspot reappears so you can enter your new WiFi details. No computer or technical knowledge needed.
PiBridge unit in a compact case, USB-C power cable, and a quick start card. You supply the USB cable to your DAC (Type A to whatever your DAC needs — usually Type B or Micro-B).
